Lengpi is located at the junction of Yuanshan and Datong in Yilan. It is part of the tributary of Cukeng River. It is a narrow primitive lake and one of the few low-altitude ecological lakes in Taiwan that has remained intact.

The water source of Lengpi comes from underground natural springs. Because the water is cold, clear and sweet, it is a paradise for native plants and animals. Taiwan's unique "water grass" is lushly covered on the surface of Lengpi Lake, forming a flat primitive oasis, which is a spectacle!

Lengpi Forest Trail is a quiet dream field, a secret place suitable for walking slowly, exiling and emptying yourself; in addition to listening to the sound of birds, groups of yellow and white butterflies or small purple butterflies fly around you; the scene of butterflies flying all over the sky can be felt here!
