Xie Family Residence with "Precious Tree, Lasting Fragrance" in Xiewu Village, Yudu, Jiangxi

Located in the Jiujing Group of Xiewu Village, this Qing Dynasty residence faces southwest from its northeast position. Built with brick and wood, it features fire-prevention walls and hanging mountain-style roofs. The structure spans three rooms wide with two halls and two horizontal wings, including a front courtyard. It measures 28.2m wide, 18m deep, covering 653 square meters. The courtyard features granite strips and blue brick flooring. Both upper and lower halls have wing rooms connected to side buildings through alleyways. The main hall's doorframe is made of red granite with an engraved stone plaque reading "Precious Tree, Lasting Fragrance." The door pivot is carved with the Eight Trigrams pattern. The courtyard walls are built with cobblestones, with a gatehouse on the front left side constructed of brick and wood, featuring fire-prevention walls and a hanging mountain-style roof. This is an immovable cultural relic of Yudu County.
