After visiting a friend in Yuen Long, I went to a large restaurant with a light luxury European style for dinner. Ordered two PER PAX SET MENU ($188):

𓐎 Pan-fried sesame tuna steak with Italian vinaigrette and onsen egg salad
The seasoning is light, but the tuna steak is covered with black and white sesame seeds and then pan-fried, which is indeed very delicious. Tuna steak itself is high in protein, and paired with the onsen egg salad, it is a very healthy light dinner.

𓐎 Red shrimp seafood pasta with lobster sauce
The red shrimp is fresh and refreshing, without the taste of frozen food. The pasta is also very chewy, and each piece is covered with lobster juice, which is fragrant and delicious.

The set menu price includes soup, drinks and desserts. The overall meal is very complete and rich, and the food quality is also good. Plus the seats are spacious and comfortable. When I was leaving, I noticed that the restaurant’s tea set was also very exquisite. I hope I will have the chance to try it next time.
