How can you forget Yufuin when traveling to Kyushu? ｜Oita Prefecture, Japan

In addition to Fukuoka, Yufuin is a must-visit place for Kyushu travelers.
Take the Yufuin-no-Mori sightseeing train from Fukuoka and you will be surrounded by the natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you arrive in Yufuin!
The first stop was the artist museum designed by Kengo Kuma - COMICO ART MUSEUM YUFUIN.
In the distance, I was attracted by the black building with a strong sense of design, which was indeed full of the style of Master Kengo Kuma.
The museum exhibits works by many famous contemporary artists, including the familiar Takashi Murakami, Yayoi Kusama, Yoshitomo Nara, etc.

The streets of Yufuin are lined with lovely cafes, art galleries and handcrafted shops, where visitors can try local delicacies.
In terms of food, I highly recommend the Bungo beef kamameshi from the famous restaurant "Yubu Mabushishin". We bought takeout and ate it at the B&B. The taste and appearance were still almost perfect.
