Luoyang Yalong Bay Amusement Park was a key construction project for Luoyang City in 2012. Implemented by Luoyang Water Conservancy Investment Co., Ltd. and invested by Luoyang Yatai Company, the large-scale water park, located in the western section of the Luo River, was designed by Guangzhou Dalang Company and constructed by Jiaozuo Hongye Construction Co., Ltd.
