Introducing Abujichi, the most beautiful trek in Yunnan. It's truly an experience worthy of a lifetime!

🚶♀️Trekking Information:

· Course: New~Old Course (18km, 4400m above sea level)
· Duration: 10 hours (from sunrise to starlight! 🌌)
· Difficulty: Suitable for beginners, but definitely challenging!
· Scenery: Snowy mountains 🏔️ + forests 🌲 + sacred lakes, breathtakingly beautiful!

📌Beginner Tips:
1️⃣ A guide is a must!
Find a guide who can take great photos and answer all your questions.

2️⃣ Pack light, but don't forget the essentials!

· Waterproof shoes and hiking poles: A lifeline on muddy trails.
· 3-piece warming kit: Down jacket, fleece, windbreaker (the mountain trails are very windy!)
· Energy replenishment: Prepare dried beef and glucose. Avoid boiling ramen.

3️⃣ Mental Control:
It's normal to feel out of breath twice per step! Take it slow and at your own pace.
