🎈Dajingmen Scenic Area in Hebei Province, a provincially protected cultural relic. Located at the northern end of Zhangjiakou City, between the towering East and West Taiping Mountains, it is a famous Great Wall pass, a key to the border, and a strategically important place that has always been contested by military strategists. Built in the first year of the Shunzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, it has a history of over 350 years. The gate is based on stone strips and built with blue bricks, standing 12 meters high. There is a large platform at the top where visitors can climb and enjoy the view. The brick Great Wall extending about 100 meters to the west of Dajingmen has a horse path over 3 meters wide at the top, leading directly to West Taiping Mountain. Following the mountain's terrain, visitors can explore the well-preserved rubble stone Great Wall. The rubble stone Great Wall is built with stones quarried from the mountain and cemented with white lime, making it very sturdy. Chinese name: Qiaoxi Dajingmen. 🎈Visiting method: No reservation needed, tickets can be purchased online or at the park entrance, ticket price is 10 yuan.
