Fujian Shishi｜Half City Fireworks Food Tour

On the weekend, we took a high-speed train from Shenzhen North Station for more than three hours to Jinjiang, and then transferred to Shishi, starting our four-day food tour.

Shishi, Fujian is a small city, but it hides many delicious foods. I've been here for two days, and I've had six or seven meals a day. Many traditional Fujian flavors can be found here, such as rice dumplings, five-spice rolls, earthworm jelly, sausage enema...

Beef is very popular here, and "Xinhui Beef Soup" is a must-go restaurant. In addition to beef soup, salty rice, and various blanched dishes are also must-try. The beef tripe is not bleached, very fresh, and paired with very finely shredded ginger and vinegar, it's extremely delicious!

I stayed at the Shishi Honor International Hotel in Shishi. It has a good location and is convenient to go anywhere. In addition, the current taxi apps are so convenient that the travel experience is greatly improved.
