My encounter with the 【Bonsai Garden】 was purely accidental. Given the choice, I might have skipped this attraction and headed straight to Huangguoshu Scenic Spot, but fate works in mysterious ways!

Our accommodation at Qianshouju Hotel had a "magic door" directly leading to the scenic area. The first attraction after scanning our tickets was the 【Bonsai Garden】, included in the main Huangguoshu ticket.

Even during freezing winters when most parts of Guizhou are bleak and barren, this 【Bonsai Garden】 remains lush and vibrant.

The garden features exquisitely designed pavilions blending Suzhou's elegance with Guizhou's wild mountain spirit. Here you'll find two-meter-tall thriving tree stumps, miniature versions of welcoming pines, ginkgo trees, and banyan root bonsai that combine ruggedness with delicacy 🌳

When visiting Huangguoshu, besides the three main waterfall attractions:
Huangguoshu Grand Waterfall, Doupotang Waterfall, and Tianxingqiao Scenic Area

📌 Main tickets are valid for 3 days (unlimited entries), sightseeing bus tickets for 2 days;
📌 Arrive before lunch to check in and dine at scenic hotels;
📌 Visit Bonsai Garden and Huangguoshu Waterfall in afternoon, enjoy different night views;
📌 Next morning explore Doupotang Waterfall (1-2 hours);
📌 After lunch, tour Tianxingqiao Scenic Area (allow 4 hours for stone-step uphill route). The highlight 【Silver Chain Waterfall】 at the end is called "Guizhou's most beautiful waterfall".
