I initially thought traveling with kids would be inconvenient, but upon arriving in Luodian, Guizhou, I discovered it's the perfect destination for family trips!

Spring in Guizhou offers pleasant temperatures averaging 20°C, with stunning landscapes and rich ethnic minority culture. The kids had a blast, and I fell in love with this land too🧒.

Luodian's Daxiaojing is like a forgotten gem, free from commercial hustle yet rivaling the beauty of "Xiaoqikong" with its pristine natural scenery🌳. It's affordable and a photographer's dream📷. The activities offer great value:

🚣🏻‍♂️Xiangshui Cave Bamboo Raft: Only 10 RMB for a unique water experience.
🚣Paddleboarding: 60 RMB per board, including exploring natural caves (see image 3) for stunning photos. Beyond the cave, a spectacular stone sinkhole awaits.

D2⃣Guiyang - Huangguoshu Waterfall - Stay at Hotel M Gallery by Sofitel
Visit Huangguoshu, starting with Doupotang Waterfall, the filming location for "Journey to the West," then hike to the main waterfall. Upper section takes about 1 hour, lower section 2 hours. Explore Tianxing Cave, Silver Chain Waterfall, and Water Stone Forest.
D3⃣Guiyang - Cave Exploration - Stay at Astronomy Town
Discover mysterious karst caves, once an ancient ocean, now filled with fascinating formations. Enjoy cave afternoon tea and watch slackline and rappelling performances.
D4⃣FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope) - Stay at Light-Year Hotel
Visit FAST, explore the universe at Pingtang Astronomy Museum, then view the world's largest single-dish telescope from the observation deck, sparking kids' curiosity.
