The Famous Liu shan Dong Beef Noodles

Looking for one of the best most traditional old school beef noodles soup here in Taipei, at ZhongZheng District? You should definitely head to No. 2, Lane 14, Section 1, Kaifeng St, Zhongzheng District, where this is a small back alley restaurant with no more than 8 tables, and if you coke late you will be sharing tables with the rest of the locals.
This place deserves a shout out as the beef is so soft, it just literally melt in your mouth when you bite it, the broth has that amazing OMPH to it and the pork is also freshly fried upon order only. Each order here also takes 15mins at least, as each dish here is prepare freshly upon order as well!
The waiters here are also super friendly and helpful plus they are welcoming too! An amazing first experience here in Taiwan.
