Zhoushan consists of 2,085 islands, among which Daishan Island is the second largest in the Zhoushan Archipelago. It was the last island to be connected by bridge and marked the final stop of my Zhoushan journey.

Here stands China's first lighthouse museum, where the lighthouses against the blue sky and green lawns create a scene straight out of a Hayao Miyazaki film. At the Tiaojiaodun viewpoint, you can enjoy a commanding view of the entire "Lulan Qingsha" beach from your car—the largest coastal beach in Zhejiang, where rolling waves meet the shore, making it the perfect spot to clear your mind. The Blue & White Town, often called Zhejiang's "Santorini," enchants with its dreamy, therapeutic blue-and-white color palette, resembling a fairytale castle. A visit to Daishan wouldn't be complete without watching the sunset at Yanwo Mountain, one of Zhoushan's most stunning sunset viewpoints, where I concluded my trip with a breathtaking dusk.

In Zhoushan, you'll find the tranquil romance of rainy fishing villages, the sacred purity of Putuo Mountain—the "Buddhist Kingdom on the Sea and Sky," and the natural beauty of Daishan, where mountains and sea embrace. Memories may fade with time, but through words and images, I've captured my perspective of Zhoushan, forever preserving the moments I spent in this fleeting yet unforgettable place!
