Best experience ever ! Good job Capitol Kempinski ! I would like to have big thank you to Stella ! She is the best concierge / lady In red that I have met! She did a good job with the planning and decoration that I would like to have the birthday surprise for my buddy. Stella keep in touch with me on my arrival, the programme for the day we check in. Thank you very much for the teamwork by Stella and her team ! Thank you and you are the best Capitol Kempinski. We will return !

After reading up so many good reviews on this hotel. We decided to booked this for our anniversary. No doubt it’s one of the best hotel with great service from their team, from checking in to the day we left it was a wonderful experience. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
I love their pre-stay questionnaires by email, checking on our choice of pillows or any special request etc.
Complimentary breakfast was great at lobby was great & of cos thumbs up to service crew too!
