A luxurious breakfast after an all-nighter! Hengqin oyster chicken hotpot is super satisfying 🦪

After an all-night work shift, I headed straight to Zhuhai and was super hungry! 🤤 So, I headed straight to a hearty breakfast! Our first stop was Hengqin's "Hao Xiao Ji" for an "Oyster and Chicken Set for Two." We opted for the signature five-finger ginseng broth 🥥, which was rich and healthy with a coconut aroma. Paired with the crispy orchard chicken 🐓, it was instantly recognizable as "chicken with chicken"! 😂

The freshly opened Hengqin oysters were a real highlight✨, sweet and plump, full of the ocean's flavor 🌊. Paired with a vegetable and mushroom platter 🥬, and enhanced with a special oyster dipping sauce (light soy sauce, chili pepper, minced garlic, and sesame oil), it was perfect! 💯

The set meal was only 128 yuan 💰, and it was generous with the ingredients. The broth was refreshing, the chicken was tender, and the oysters were plump. I was instantly filled with energy ⚡!
