Today, I tried Wang Mama, the newly opened restaurant next to my regular morning tea spot, Yige Liangtang, for a soft opening promotion 🔥. I ordered a set meal for two, which featured Alex's favorite steamed egg 🥚.

The "Steamed Free Range Egg with Snowflake Pork" was perfectly steamed and incredibly tender 👍.

The "Wang Mama Stir-fried Pork with Chili Peppers" 🌶️ had a fragrant and spicy wok aroma.

The "Laoma Pickled Fish" 🐟 had a rich broth and generous filling. While not incredibly tender, the bones were carefully deboned.

The "Fish Soup Firewood Tofu" 🍲 was incredibly well-cooked and delicious with rice.

They also offer all-you-can-eat rice, unlimited snacks and tea 🍵, and generous side dish portions.
