Zhushan Mabao Jinxuan: A cup of daily tea in the tea country

Zhushan, Nantou, is a tea-producing region and a town rich in beverage culture. Strolling the streets, you'll find not only the usual chain tea shops but also specialty beverage shops brimming with local flavors. One of the most unique is Mabao Jinxuan.

Jinxuan tea is one of Zhushan's renowned tea varieties, boasting a delicate aroma, a smooth texture, and a subtle milky flavor. I ordered a Jinxuan fresh milk tea. The tea's delicate aroma blended exceptionally smoothly with the fresh milk, leaving a refreshing and lingering sweetness. The flavor is unpretentious yet deeply intriguing. Sipping it, I could almost feel the Zhushan mountain breeze and the sunshine on the tea plantations.
