Weekend Getaway 033 | Misty Xiaodong River, An Unexpected Surprise.

Travel often brings unexpected encounters. I thought I had missed the misty Xiaodong River at 4:30 AM, but to my surprise, I saw it at 10 AM on a rainy day.

Chenzhou is a beautiful city with many scenic spots. Besides the popular Gaoyiling, Xiaodong River Scenic Area is also a must-visit. To help visitors better enjoy the riverside scenery, the scenic area has several walking trails. The most classic route is from Station 3 to Station 4.

Walking along the path, you can enjoy the fresh air and the mist floating on the water, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Occasionally, you might even spot some butterflies 🦋 and small animals. Highly recommended ❤️
