Huaiyang cuisine at your doorstep, a taste of Jiangnan

In the hustle and bustle of a bustling city, there is a Huaiyang cuisine restaurant with full charm hidden near my home. It is like a quiet harbor in the hustle and bustle, attracting me to visit again and again.

The lion head is large and plump, soft, glutinous and fragrant, melts in the mouth, and the mellow aroma of pork spreads on the tip of the tongue. The squirrel mandarin fish is exquisitely shaped like a work of art, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sweet and sour sauce is just right, which increases people's appetite.

In addition to these classic dishes, there are many hidden delicacies here. It's very memorable. It’s a pity that I didn’t get to try the famous Huai’an soft dumpling. I hope I can taste this famous Jiangnan dish next time I come here!
