My friends and I were all stunned.

Babies! Who knows! Do you know this place? It's only a 2-hour high-speed train ride from Guiyang, and my friends all thought I secretly went to Jiangnan! This is actually the Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort in Guizhou, and it's so beautiful that I don't want to go home!

The old houses here have such a vibe—stone slab roads, blue bricks, and black tiles, exactly like northern Guizhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Walking in feels like traveling back to ancient times.

And there’s so much fun stuff! During the day, you can watch bamboo rafting and ethnic dances, and at night there are drone shows, flying fish performances, and iron flower displays. When the lights come on, it’s absolutely stunning! You get to enjoy the mountains and rivers and experience ethnic culture—it's just amazing.

The photo opportunities are incredible! You can rent ethnic minority costumes and take beautiful pictures anywhere by the Wujiang River. The night scenery is even more spectacular, with lights reflecting on the water, creating an amazing atmosphere. Photographers, come quickly!

Transportation is super convenient. It’s just a 1.5-hour drive from Guiyang, or you can take the high-speed train to Zunyi South Station and then grab a taxi. There are also many highways nearby and parking is easy.

I’ve even planned how you can enjoy it: visit the ancient village during the day, watch performances at dusk, and join the bonfire party at night—your day is perfectly arranged. Don’t miss the food either—sour soup fish and tofu feast, all local farmhouse dishes, super delicious!

For accommodation, there are places like Mushan Hotel and Miaowang Hotel in the village. Staying there lets you enjoy the night view, plus free breakfast and shuttle service—super convenient. You can also visit nearby Chishui Danxia, Maotai Ancient Town, and Loushanguan for a full experience!
