Autumn is a good season to travel, and the 2017 National Day holiday is as long as 8 days, so how can you miss such an opportunity. Two options were prepared: Northern Xinjiang and Western Sichuan. Great beauty Xinjiang, a distant place, it takes 5 and a half hours to fly from Shanghai to Urumqi, and the long vacation is 8 days minus the first and last 2 days of round trips.

I have been to Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, and Emei Mountain in Sichuan, and the scenery is indeed beautiful and charming, and the local tourism services are also very standardized. Now Daocheng Aden is very popular, and many people say that it is "too beautiful to be". Many years ago, I heard about this place name with a "foreign flavor" and thought it was abroad, but later I learned that it is located at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Chongqing and Tibet, and the standard statement is that it is Yading Village, Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, known as the "last Shangri-La" ("Shangri-La" means "paradise"). There are currently two places used as administrative area names. One is Shangri-La City, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the original Zhongdian County; the other is Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, formerly Riwa Township).

At present, there are three main ways to get to Daocheng:

(1) Take a car from Chengdu. There are two routes: one is northbound, from Siguniang Mountain, Xiaojin, Danba to Yajiang, Litang to Daocheng. the other is south, from Ya'an, Erlangshan, Luding, Kangding, Yajiang, Litang to Daocheng. The advantage is that the altitude gradually increases, which makes people gradually adapt and is not easy to produce altitude sickness. The disadvantage is that it takes a long time, usually two days. Most tour groups take this route south.

(2) Take a car from Lijiang. There are two routes with better road conditions: one passes through Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangri-La (Zhongdian), and Ochu Mountain, with a distance of about 490 kilometers. the other is the scenic Yunnan-Tibet Line plus the Sichuan-Tibet Line, passing through Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangri-La (Zhongdian), Meili Snow Mountain, Mangkang, Batang, Litang, about 1,000 kilometers away.

(3) By plane from Chongqing or Chengdu. Daocheng has an airport, located in Haizi Mountain, Sangdui Township, northern Daocheng County, officially known as Daocheng Aden Airport, and the name of a village can be written into the airport, which is rare. At present, direct flights to Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, Hangzhou and other places are opened. It only takes 65 minutes to fly from Chengdu to Daocheng, which is much faster than taking a car.

In this way, there are 4 combinations in and out of Daocheng: cars in and out, planes in and out, cars in and out, and planes in and out.

I read some guides before the trip, and I have "two entanglements" and "two worries" about this journey:

Let's talk about the entanglement first: A tangle is, is the big traffic by plane or by high-speed rail? There are direct flights from Nantong to Chengdu, but in recent months, there have been many flight delays. The high-speed rail is on time, and the price also has an advantage, and the price has not increased during holidays, but if you need to transfer from neighboring Shanghai or Nanjing, can you grab a first-class seat as you wish and endure up to 13 hours of sitting?

Another entanglement is, group tour or chartered car free travel? The price of group tours is affordable, but the number and quality of group friends are unknown, and this is related to the quality of play; Chartered car free travel is more comfortable, but after consulting, the car costs 1,300 yuan a day during the National Day, not including the food and accommodation subsidy for the driver and tour guide, compared with the group tour, the same itinerary, the cost of two people is at least 4,000 yuan higher.

Let's talk about worries: One worry is, can altitude sickness be treated? Daocheng County is 3,700 meters above sea level, and Aden Scenic Area is 2,900-6,000 meters above sea level. Another concern is, is the National Day holiday experience good? Popular attractions are crowded every year during the long holiday, will the passion of travel be eroded little by little in the endless queues and waiting, and finally tired, tired, looking forward to going home early?

Alas, life is often compared, chosen, and weighed, such as what clothes to wear, which school to go to, and whether to buy a house or not...... If you rarely have such troubles, either someone has made arrangements for you and taken responsibility for you, or you are still young and have not encountered these problems.

After some weighing, a decision was finally made:

from Nantong to Chengdu, the plane round trip, and the high-speed rail for more than ten hours were too hard. You can't make yourself very tired from the beginning, which will affect the quality of play later. Even if you take the high-speed rail from Shanghai to Chengdu, two people can save thousands of dollars back and forth, and it is difficult to get a ticket before and after the National Day.

Chengdu to Daocheng Aden, group tour, car in and out of the plane. The National Day holiday is the golden time for tourism, the mountains in western Sichuan are high and the road is far away, and food, accommodation and transportation are handled by travel agencies, so you don't have to worry about it. Don't worry about altitude sickness, Qinghai Lake is 3,196 meters above sea level, Huanglong Colorful Pool is 3,900 meters, and Yulong Snow Mountain is 4,506 meters away, as long as you prepare in advance and relax, there should be no big problem.

●1. Attraction selection. The movies "Kailash" and "Spirit of the Himalayas" have made tourism in Tibetan areas hot; "Passing by Your World" and the pursuit of netizens have made the already hot Daocheng Aden even more popular. However, the Shu Road is difficult to navigate, and the conditions in Tibetan areas are limited, so we must be mentally prepared for infrastructure, personnel quality, service level, etc., and cannot be compared with mature scenic spots and coastal cities.

If your travel time and budget are not very sufficient every year, it is recommended to take world natural heritage, cultural heritage and national 5A-level scenic spots as the first choice, and the scenery, facilities, services and other aspects are more guaranteed. Do more homework and don't trust media propaganda and advertising bombardment too much. Some people have said that there are four major magics in Asia: Japanese makeup, Korean plastic surgery, Thai gender reassignment, and Chinese PS (retouching). Some scenic spots rely on a few pictures that are too beautiful to be beautiful, and how many innocent and kind people have fooled them.

● 2. Travel time. Don't go to popular attractions during holidays, especially during Golden Week, when there are crowds, the service can't keep up, the quality is difficult to guarantee, and the experience is very bad. The price has also risen, and the Daocheng line is most suitable for autumn play, with a group tour of 5 days and 4 nights, usually only 2,000 yuan per person, and nearly 4,000 yuan during the National Day. The weather is very important, no matter how beautiful the scenery is, it is difficult to reflect it if the lighting is not suitable. We were cloudy and sunny that day in Aden, and then it rained, and the scenery was very ordinary, but I didn't feel that charm, but the sun was shining and the scenery was charming along the way.

As for altitude sickness, it varies from person to person. We didn't take "Rhodiola rosea" or the like, but we were dizzy when climbing over the mountains, and we were fatigued at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, but we could bear it, and we could get through it if we persevered, just rest more and do less activity. Pay attention to keeping warm, the plateau area is very cold when it rains, and the bone-piercing cold air makes it difficult for us to adapt. The temperature difference between day and night is large, more than ten degrees during the day and three or four degrees at night, and the clothes are put on and taken off. The climate is very dry, the ultraviolet rays are strong, choose sunscreen with SPF 50+, drink plenty of water, wear sunglasses and a hat, shade from the sun and wind.

●3. How to play. It's better to travel independently. The road from Chengdu to Daocheng is high and long, and the natural scenery is mainly along the way. If you travel with a group, you will be on the road most of the time, and you will not see anything in the bus. When you encounter an attraction of interest, it is impossible to park for you alone. It is recommended to charter a car to play, free and enjoyable, and someone will explain it. Although the cost will be higher, the purpose of tourism is not to visit here, but to experience and feel it with your heart.

There are also some unspoken rules for group tours.For example, some attractions are said to be self-funded, but in fact they are a bit "semi-forced", what alpine cod, song and dance performances, bonfire parties, the tour guide began to "foreshadow" from the moment he got on the bus, repeatedly saying "there are many people on holidays, in order to make good arrangements, set it up early". It is not easy to make money, especially in the plateau area, where face is always gave.

By the way, air tickets, hotels and group tours are not cheaper the earlier you book. At first, I thought that there were many people during the National Day Golden Week, and the earlier I booked air tickets, the greater the discount, and I felt at ease. But that's not the case. Air tickets, Nantong to and from Chengdu, 40 days in advance are 7.7% off, and on September 1, when I looked online, the outbound trip was 7.5% off, the return trip was 6.9% off, and the difference between the two people was more than 400 yuan; the group fee, booking 40 days in advance was more than 200 more expensive than a month in advance; accommodation, booking in advance was not the most preferential, which was really incomprehensible. But looking at it later, the closer to the National Day, the more obvious the price increase trend is, and the accommodation fee alone is more than 50% more expensive than usual. In fact, it is understandable that the peak tourist season in Daocheng is only a few months a year, and merchants will naturally go to the market according to supply and demand.

[Day 1] October 1 Nantong → Chengdu (Donghai Airlines DZ6302).

Nantong Xingdong International Airport is the earliest civil airport in Jiangsu Province, with its first flight in January 1993. In recent years, many routes have been opened, which has facilitated our travel. At present, it reaches 38 cities at home and abroad, and 15 airlines including Air China, Shenzhen Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines have 70 takeoffs and landings every day, with a passenger throughput of more than 2 million.

The two major hub airports of Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao are the leaders, followed by Hangzhou Xiaoshan and Nanjing Lukou, and Ningbo Lishe, Wenzhou Longwan and Sunan Shuofang are catching up strongly. As Shanghai's airspace resources become increasingly tight, the construction of a new third airport has caused heated discussions, and the three cities of Nantong, Suzhou and Jiaxing are the most promising and are secretly competing.

The plane took off 90 minutes late today. Although statistics show that the national flight on-time rate in 2016 was 76% and in 2017 was 72%, many people doubted this with their own experience.

In fact, Sichuan cuisine has a history of thousands of years, "one dish, one style, a hundred dishes and a hundred flavors" is her original face, neither numb, spicy nor salty, occupying a large proportion in the entire cuisine. In the morning, we gathered at the east gate of Chengdu Sports Center, along the Sichuan-Tibet Line of National Highway 318, through the mountains and rivers and canyons, through the Erlangshan Tunnel (4,176 meters in length), over Zheduo Mountain (4,298 meters above sea level), and arrived at Xinduqiao Town. Exterior Qingyi River, Dadu River, Erlang Mountain, Xinduqiao Town, visit Luding Bridge and Zheduo Mountain Pass.

The Tsing Yi River, the largest tributary of the Dadu River, originates from the Yangtze River.

Tibetan Tea Village, China, located in Ya'an City. Ya'an is the gateway to the Southwest Silk Road and the ancient tea horse road, and is famous for "Yanu, Yayu, and Yayu". Today, the "woman" and "fish" were not seen, but the rain was intermittent.

Feixianguan Suspension Bridge. Feixian Pass is located at the junction of Lushan, Tianquan and Ya'an, and is the first pass of the Sichuan-Tibet line. In September 1950, in order to support the march into Tibet and solve transportation problems, the Southwest Military and Political Commission decided to build a suspension bridge at this throat. This was one of the few three-span continuous steel truss stiffener suspension bridges in the country at that time, and it was also the first batch of domestic bridges after the founding of New China. Zishiguan, named after "the mountains and rocks are red", is an important post station on the ancient tea horse road to rest and eat and stay.

The ancient tea horse road is a private trade channel in southwest our country with horse gangs as the main means of transportation, divided into two lines in the north and south, one is the Sichuan-Tibet line starting from Ya'an, Sichuan, and the other is the Yunnan-Tibet line starting from Pu'er, Yunnan. The two lines converge in Bangda, Tibet, and lead to West Asia and West Africa through Nepal and India.

Erlang Mountain, the watershed of the Qingyi River and the Dadu River, is the first high mountain in the direction of Chengdu into Tibet. The Erlangshan Tunnel is 4,176 meters long, started construction in 1996, and shortened the mileage by 25 kilometers after 6 years of completion. There is also a 13,459-meter-long Xinerlangshan Tunnel under construction, which will be faster to Kangding in the future.

Pass through the Erlangshan Tunnel and enter the Tibetan area. "Tibetan area" refers to the activity area of Tibetans, including Sichuan Tibetan area, Yunnan Tibetan area, Gansu Tibetan area, Qinghai Tibetan area, and Tibet Autonomous Region.

Along the way, you can see cyclists from time to time. According to industry insiders, cycling or hiking in Tibetan areas requires great courage and endurance. Most of the cyclists were not trained, and they were enthusiastic at first, and some people went home not long after departure, and some "held on" after suffering, and a few people said that it was "riding 318" but actually "riding 318", and less than 5% persisted to the end. This phenomenon is known as the new "four customs": cycling 318, resigning to Tibet, opening an inn in Lijiang, and going to the city to taste coffee.

What are the old "four customs"? Some people say that in terms of decoration, Cartier's bracelets, LV bags, H-headed belts, and large sables. Some people also say that in terms of reading, Jin Yong's novels, the Four Heavenly Kings, Jackie Chan movies, and Qiong Yao TV series. Some people also say that in photography, the moon on the fifteenth, the lotus in summer, the MM in the auto show, and the flowers in macro. Anyway, if you have the heart to summarize and be recognized for the phenomenon that you are not used to, then you are the inventor of the "four big things".

Once passing Erlang Mountain, the landform, vegetation and climate of the eastern and western slopes are obviously different. The local proverb describes it like this: "Cross one mountain, another day", "One mountain is separated by two heavens".

The Dadu River, the largest tributary of the Min River, also has its source in the Yangtze River. Just mentioned the three rivers, the Min River, the Dadu River, and the Qingyi River, and take a look at the relationship between these three water systems: the Min River is a tributary of the Yangtze River, the Dadu River is a tributary of the Min River, and the Qingyi River is a tributary of the Dadu River.

There is a widely circulated saying that the place name Sichuan refers to the four major rivers in the territory: the Yangtze River, the Jialing River, the Min River, and the Dadu River. In fact, this is not the case, the name of Sichuan comes from the administrative division. During the Xianping period of Emperor Zhenzong of the Northern Song Dynasty, Chuanxia Road, located in the area of present-day Sichuan Basin, was divided into Yizhou Road, Zizhou Road, Lizhou Road and Kuizhou Road, collectively known as "Sichuan Gorge Fourth Road", referred to as "Sichuan Road".

Luding Bridge, built in 1706 AD, takes the meaning of Lu Pingding. Wrong and wrong, this is not Lushui, it is the Dadu River. The real Lushui is the waters of the Jinsha River above Yibin in Sichuan and at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, where the famous wines Luzhou Laojiao and Wuliangye are produced.

Luding Iron Cable Bridge, with a total length of 103.67 meters, the "flying Luding Bridge" in primary school textbooks happened here, "The Red Army is not afraid of the difficulty of the expedition, and thousands of rivers and mountains are just idle... The golden sand water beats the clouds and cliffs are warm, and the iron rope of the Dadu Bridge is cold ......".

Take

a walk back and forth on the bridge, the ticket is 10 yuan. I was a little scared when I started to go up the bridge, the wooden planks under my feet were too shaky to move, the iron cables at hand were too far away to support, the river in the distance was too urgent to see, and after slowly moving a few steps, the more I walked, the bolder I became, and I counted the 13 iron cables one by one, and soon arrived at the shore.

Dadu River Bridge, located 500 meters north of Luding Bridge, is a steel cable suspension bridge built in the 1950s, which can be used by cars. After 20 years of service, it was closed and protected as a combat readiness bridge.

Continue west along the Dadu River, with the sound of water and the waves.

Kangding County, the hometown of love songs, passed through and went to the first pass of Kangba - Zheduo Mountain. There is a serious traffic jam on the road.

The tour guide said that there are frequent traffic jams here, especially in winter, when the queue is as long as 40 kilometers in the worst case. There are two main reasons for congestion: First, the mountain road is three lanes, there are many and long curves, and some people unconsciously want to be one step ahead of others, and they run parallel in the lane, causing the oncoming car on the opposite side to have nowhere to go. Second, it is easy to snow on the mountain, the road is slippery, many self-driving cars do not prepare snow chains, dare not drive forward, plus some drivers overtake in violation of regulations, not blocking the genius.

"Fold more" means "bend more" in Tibetan, which is a coincidence, transliterated into Chinese also means bend more, fold more fold, fold more fold, fold over, don't you just bend more? It is 4,298 meters above sea level, which is a bit of altitude sickness. Dizziness, rapid heartbeat, purple lips, numbness in the fingers. It may also be the cause of oxygen deprivation on the top of the mountain after a long time in the car.

Dinner was swept away. I have to rush to eat, and I have to stand up and grab it, so pitiful~~~ I only learned when I communicated with the group members on the way, and the group tour is also divided into levels. Our group of 41 people, from Sichuan, Gansu, Guangdong, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing and other provinces and cities, has a 6-day tour of cars in and out, and a 5-day tour of cars in and out of the plane. The difference in tour fees is reflected in food and accommodation. Eating, divided into two groups, some people say that it is not as good as the Long March rice and the bitter rice. Some of the accommodations had no hot water, some had no windows, and some had power outages in the middle of the night. Every penny is worth the goods. This kind of place is more suitable for customized tours, three or five people in a car, you can walk, watch all the way, and play all the way.

I only arrived at the hotel in the early morning. Stay at the Shangmei Hotel in Xinduqiao Town, at an altitude of 3,450 meters, and altitude sickness is not obvious. The hotel is five stories high, there is no elevator, and the conditions are relatively simple. The room was large, no air conditioning, only electric blankets. There is hot water, and the guide advises not to take a bath on the first night on the plateau in case of catching a cold. There are few power outlets, no wifi, and only 2G network for mobile phones. Compared with yesterday's Dorsett Grand Hotel, one in the sky and one underground.

[Day 3] October 3 Xinduqiao→ Yajiang→ Litang→ Daocheng

Itinerary: By car all day. Cross Gaoersi Mountain (4,412 meters above sea level), pass through the Scissors Bend Mountain Tunnel (2,238 meters long), pass through Kazila Mountain (4,718 meters above sea level), and reach Daocheng (3,700 meters above sea level).

Xinduqiao Town, Kangding City, is known as the "world of light and shadow" and "a paradise for photography lovers", but unfortunately we have to hurry and have no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Along the way, I saw many self-driving tents in the mountains, and there were "six-character mantras" symbolizing compassion and wisdom on the mountain beams Om (ōng) ma (mā) nī (bēi) mi (mēi) 吽 (hōng), Tibetan-style buildings began to increase.

Tibetan areas "sing" to give money, banknotes, coins. You do things after receiving money, but the so-called toilet is difficult to get into, let alone the smell.

Tianlu Eighteen Bends, located in the Scissors Bend Mountain section, nearly 4,000 meters above sea level, overlooking from halfway up the mountain, there is a kind of curvaceous beauty.

Looking at the Gongga Snow Mountain from a distance, if you are lucky, you can see the Rizhao Golden Mountain.

The sun is strong, water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, this is when it comes into play.

On the way up the mountain, I felt dizzy, my eyes were sore and swollen, I was a little runny and wanted to vomit. The tour guide asked us to drink hot water, take deep breaths, sit up straight, and take two pills to relieve ourselves.

I spent a lot of time playing in Haizi Mountain, and it was getting late, and the road started to be congested again.

A place on the side of the road, the tour guide said it was a red grass, and asked everyone to get out of the car and take pictures. When I got closer, I saw a clump of red grass.

Daocheng Zunsheng White Pagoda, the largest white pagoda in Ganzi Prefecture. The three-story throne is built according to the proportions of the base of the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, and a Bodhisattva is enshrined on top.

Holiday Inn Pingji in Daocheng County, just opened on July 21 this year. Don't be fooled by the word "holiday", hot water is supplied for a limited time, and the bathroom is a squatting pit. The space is large, very high, there is no electric blanket, and it is a bit cold at night.

Worried that altitude sickness would not be bearable tomorrow, I bought two cans of oxygen for 20 yuan each.

[Day 4] October 4 Daocheng → Shangri-La Town → Aden Scenic Area

Itinerary: Cross Mount Powa (4513 meters above sea level) and reach Shangri-La Town (Riwa) through the alpine canyon. Transfer to the scenic sightseeing bus (120 yuan/person) to the entrance of Aden Scenic Area (3900 meters above sea level).After walking to Chonggu Temple, take a battery car (about 6.5 kilometers, 50 yuan one way, 80 yuan round trip) to Luorong Cattle Farm. Go to the Milk Sea and the Five-Colored Sea (about 7 hours on foot; about 4 hours round trip on horseback, 500 yuan/person).

Depart at 6:00 in the morning and arrive at the Aden Scenic Area Visitor Center at 9:20, which usually only takes an hour and a half. There were several traffic jams on the road, there were too many private cars, and the traffic police did not recruit. It is said that 50% of people who come to Aden are self-driving tours, 35% are car group tours, and 15% are plane group tours.

Queue up for the sightseeing bus to go to Zha Guan Beng. There are many people in line here, and there are many sightseeing buses, so I only waited for 20 minutes today. The scenic spot repeatedly reminds that the sightseeing bus departs at 6:30, and the last bus in summer and autumn is 19:30 (17:40 in winter and spring).

>From Chonggu Temple to Luorong Cattle Farm, queuing up for the bus was not as smooth as just now, with many people and few cars, and it took nearly an hour before and after. It is said to be a battery car, but it is actually a diesel car, and the battery horsepower in the plateau area is not up to par. Get on the bus at 11:50 and get off at 12:15, don't look at the long ride, if you walk, it will take more than 1 hour.

Luorong Cattle Farm, at an altitude of 4150 meters, basically has no altitude sickness.

The

famous three sacred mountains have arrived. Unfortunately, the sky is gloomy and the landscape effect is not very good.

Yang Maiyong, which means "Manjushri Bodhisattva" in Tibetan, is the head of the Buddhist "Three Lords" snow-capped mountain, with an altitude of 5,958 meters above sea level.

It can be seen from the face that altitude sickness is still obvious.

It is said that three sacred mountains can be seen here at the same time. We looked left and right, looked around, the panoramic mode of the mobile phone could only take so much, we couldn't tell which one was Xiannai Ri and which was Shalang Dorji, we only knew that the recent Yang Maiyong was covered with snow and the glacier was girded.

I wanted to ride a mule and horse to the Milk Sea and the Five-Colored Sea, but "there are no horses today", so I had to hike up.

This road condition, this environment, this management, and the creation of a 5A-level scenic spot have a long way to go.

If this distance is in the plain area, it will only take an hour to go back and forth, but it will take four times longer at an altitude of more than 4,500 meters. Even if I went up, I might not be able to catch up with the bus in the scenic spot on the way back, so I decided to stop there.

Do everything according to your ability, why force yourself? First, you can't walk. The wind and rain are fast, and the food on the back feels heavier and heavier. Second, they can't go fast. The mountain roads are rugged and muddy, and you have to avoid mules, horses and crowds. Third, it can't go far. The plateau lacks oxygen, and you have to rest for a while after walking five or six steps, and more than 3,000 meters is like a long march.

Later facts show that this decision was correct. The next morning, a Beijing father and son who climbed to the highest point said that they couldn't tell which was the sea of milk and which was the sea of five colors at the top of the mountain. I rushed back to the hotel at half past nine at night, and I didn't even have the strength to climb into bed. Such tourism, how to say it, only proves its ability to challenge its limits.

Daocheng Aden Airport, 4411 meters above sea level, the world's highest civil airport (there is no one), opened to traffic in September 2013. The terminal is three stories high and resembles a flying saucer.

65 minutes later, I arrived in Chengdu, at an altitude of 452 meters, and my heart felt so comfortable. After continuing to run for more than three hours, he arrived home safely.
