Due to road maintenance and landslides, today, we only visited the 2,000-year-old Taoping Qiang Village. The Qiang people have the title of national living fossils. They have no writing and rely on language, music, dance and opera to inherit history and culture. Taoping Qiang Village protects the safety and development of generations of Qiang people with a combination of peace and war architectural layout and a perfect underground water network. Surprisingly, in the past 100 years, it has experienced three major earthquakes, especially the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, and the other buildings are basically intact except for the 9-story watchtower that serves as a lookout.
At night, he stayed at the cloud tent manor on the top of Lixian County. Since the car could not drive to the door of the hotel, almost all the staff of the hotel went down the mountain to help us carry our luggage and delivered it to the door of the room, and the service was intimate. The manor's 18 tent-style glass houses are located halfway up the green mountains, surrounded by green trees, gurgling water, and leisure.

6.24 The road grade in the Ayan area of Sichuan is being comprehensively improved. Since the original route was all closed, we had to take a detour. In order to pass in time for the road to open, everyone gave up breakfast at the hotel. At half past eight, I had breakfast in Wenchuan and rushed to the second traffic entrance in the direction of Maoxian. Unexpectedly, near Hongyuan, the third road closure was encountered at nearly 3 o'clock in the afternoon. At this time, we didn't eat lunch, and according to the opinion of the transportation department, everyone's dinner may be after 8 o'clock at night.The tour guide and driver dealt with the traffic police many times, and the traffic police also got into the car to see if we were old people in a car, and then made an exception for more than an hour to let all the cars pass, including 6 tourist buses. We
spent the whole day almost in a tourist bus, and there was only one attraction: the watershed between the Yangtze River and the Yellow River - Chazhen Liangzi Mountain. Stepping on the top of the 4,345-meter mountain, you can't see the Yangtze River or the Yellow River. Of course, at the foot of the mountain, there are two clear streams of water rushing into the distance.
Today's journey is all the way up. On the mountain at 3500 meters, there is a dense forest. Above 3,700 meters are green alpine meadows, and herds of yaks play and chase on the prairie.
Tonight's hotel is Hongyuan Liwan Hot Spring Resort Hotel, the room facilities are good, there is an oxygen enhancement device, and the breakfast is average.
6.25 When I visited northern Shaanxi this spring, I wanted to see the first bay of the Yellow River. Due to the unsmooth trip, it did not go as planned. When designing this tour, it was only clarified that the real first bay of the Yellow River is in the core area of the Hongyuan Prairie in Sichuan. The
Yellow River flows from Gansu into Sichuan, and there is our country's only county seat named after the Yellow River - Maqu County (Tibetan Maqu is the Yellow River). In Tangke Town, a huge first bay is formed, opposite this bay is Gansu Province, and as soon as this bay turns around, it enters Qinghai Province (see the first photo).
We took 14 escalators and ran 538 meters to a hill of more than 3,600 meters, which is the best angle to see the first bay and a platform to admire the red plains and savannah. Unfortunately, when I reached the top of the mountain, the fog locked the mountain, and nothing could be seen.
Some people commented on the 99 bays of the Yellow River like this: the first bay, showing the peace and calmness of the mother river; The mouth of the pot expresses the boldness and passion of the mother river.
In the afternoon at Ruoerge Flower Lake, we enjoyed most of the lake view. It may be due to the cold, and the Gesang flowers that bloom from mid-to-late June to early July are almost invisible. However, everyone is still very interested in Huahu, one of our country's three major wetlands. The wild ducks are on the clear water, drawing water waves. What a beautiful picture it would be if the cruise ship could be opened and the colorful boats could float on the lake.
Today on the national highway, our station wagon was intercepted by several batches of yaks and sheep. The person who pressed the formation is so mysterious.
In the evening, I stayed at the Guge Dynasty Hotel in the western ranch of Ruoerge, and the room conditions were good and the oxygen was permeated.
6.26 Next to the national highway to Huanglong Scenic Area, there is a large grassland, and we drove for 10 minutes without driving to the end. There are tens of thousands of yaks on the grassland, and that scene is unforgettable.
On a grassy field, several relatives and friends rode horses, and it was addictive.
Huanglong Scenic Area is familiar to everyone, and it is famous for its "four wonders" of colorful pools, snow-capped mountains, canyons and forests. Everyone took the ropeway up the mountain and spent more than 4 hours walking the 3.6-kilometer mountain road in the scenic area. From the sun, to cloudy days, to moderate rain, let us witness the various styles of the "Yellow Dragon", which is beautiful.
Today, it is of special significance to our group of relatives and friends, whose average age is 68 years old. Everyone has been traveling on the plateau at 3,500 meters for 3 consecutive days. On the first night, everyone had altitude sickness. Fortunately, relatives and friends encouraged each other, and the next day they did not drink alcohol for dinner, and tried not to take a bath or take a quick bath as much as possible, and all relatives and friends finally enjoyed all the beautiful scenery on the regular route in Huanglong and completed the big exam. Tomorrow, the plateau will just pass by, and from then on, our journey will be smooth. In the evening, when we entered the Jiuzhaigou Jinlong International Resort Hotel at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters, everyone laughed and raised a glass to celebrate, with a score of at least 85 points in the big exam.

6.27 Before the earthquake, according to the tour guide, there were 100,000 tourists every day. I don't know how many people are here today. According to official statistics, the number of tourists per day in the past few days was seven or eight thousand.
The beauty of Jiuzhaigou is known to passers-by and is also a famous attraction in the world. The great writer Wei Wei commented on Jiuzhaigou: the beauty of nature, the nature of beauty; Heaven on earth, heaven on earth.
The tour guide said that the weight of Jiuzhaigou can be said in this way: she feeds half of the tour guides and half of the tour drivers in Sichuan. Legend has it that Jiuzhaigou is likely to be upgraded to a city.
I came here in 1991. At that time, I went to Jiuzhaigou once and spent a week going back and forth. When the car returned to Chengdu, the car's brake system was about to fail, and everyone was shocked into a cold sweat. Of course, the current management level of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is not the same as that of 30 years ago.
In Jiuzhaigou, I suddenly remembered a past event: in the early 80s of the last century, the lover of a female colleague in my office was a painter and went to Jiuzhaigou to sketch. When I came back, maybe I bought the painting, and the belt around my waist was all RMB.
The attraction in the 6th photo below is called the Mirror Sea, and the angle is almost the same as the photo I took at Moraine Lake, Canada. Menglian Lake is recognized as the most valuable lake in the world, so the mirror sea is not inferior. And Jinghai is only one of the 108 lakes in Jiuzhaigou.
Jiuzhaigou Jinlong International Resort Hotel is good in the local area, the breakfast is rich, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the room, and the washed clothes cannot be dried.

6.28 Mao County, as the main traffic route from Chengdu to Hongyuan or Jiuzhaigou, has caused a number of traffic jams due to road construction today, some waiting times for up to an hour, and some have car accidents because of this, and vehicles have queued for more than 10 miles. People question: Is the management of the relevant departments of this county scientific? Should the relevant departments of the province go down to investigate and guide?
Because of the traffic jam, we only took a look at the ancient city of Songpan, gave up on other attractions, and rushed to the Qingcheng Mountain Daonong Hotel at nearly 7 o'clock in the evening. The conditions of the room made us, the well-informed old Keller, give a thumbs up.
Dinner is on the Internet celebrity Qingcheng Road. The dining table is scattered in a small garden and tasteful. More than 400 yuan of firewood turkey for one chicken and four meals, nearly 400 yuan a piece of cold-water fish, made everyone appetizing, and actually drank 6 bottles of rice wine.
6.29 A few years ago, we visited the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain, which is a place of leisure. Today, to Qianshan, it is a Taoist holy place.
There is an archway in front of the gate, with the inscription: The first mountain in Xishu. The right couplet is: Look at the thirty-six peaks, the rain and sunny are unregulated; The left couplet is: There are one hundred and eight scenes, and the poem of Gu Bu Shaoling. This is the scenery of Qingcheng Mountain in the eyes of the gods.
In modern martial arts novels, the martial arts of Zhang Daoling, the founder of Taoism, are unfathomable. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhang Tianshi preached here and flew into the mountains.
Today, we only walk to the Shangqing Palace. The couplets on both sides of the palace gate are: Looking at the clear sky like a cloud dragon; The big face is as beautiful as a colorful phoenix.
Famous painters Zhang Daqian and Xu Beihong have created a number of amazing works in Qingcheng Mountain.
After climbing the mountain, everyone drank tea and chatted in the teahouse next to Ciyunge Square, leisurely and leisurely.

6.30 Today is the 8th day of this trip, ending the tour in Sichuan, taking the train into Chongqing, the first stop is Dazu Stone Carvings.
Since the end of the Tang Dynasty and the beginning of the Song Dynasty, it has lasted about 250 years, and more than 70 stone carvings and 100,000 statues have been formed in the Dazu area. They created with Buddhist classic stories, showing the highest level of stone carving art at that time, and were known as "the humanization of gods, the deification of people".
We saw the stone carvings of Baoding Mountain today, and the cliff wall of more than 500 meters is a picture of Buddhist culture. Among them, the statue of Guanyin with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes is a national treasure among national treasures, with a magnificent momentum (see the 10th photo).
Puxian Bodhisattva (see photo 8), is praised as the "Venus of the East". So, who is the "oriental beauty man" among the bodhisattvas? Of course it is Manjushri Bodhisattva.
In the stone carvings of Baoding Mountain, there is a word, rare (see photo 11), my friend, can you guess?
Tonight's hotel is the famous New Century Guantang Hotel. Maybe it's because it's raining a lot, and even the quilt smells damp. Breakfast was quite good, and I had freshly ground coffee for the first time on this trip.
7.1 Today, I wear a red T-shirt to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
The sinkhole and the natural three bridges in Wulong, Chongqing, are only more than 3,000 meters long, but there are many attractions. In addition to the three natural bridges of Tianlong, Qinglong and Black Dragon, which are more than 200 meters high and 100 meters wide in Asia, there are also thumb holes (haha, this is my name), Qingtian Pillar, Carp Jumping Dragon Gate, Condor Sinkhole and other attractions. Waterfalls and flowing water add a lively atmosphere to the majestic sinkhole.
This is the only location location for Zhang Yimou's movie "The City is Full of Golden Armor" (see photo 2), and it is also one of the filming locations for "Transformers 4".
I don't know if my friends guessed that word yesterday? This complex word is: Fu, Buddha, Lin. Some people explain it this way: Only when monks devote themselves to self-cultivation in the deep mountains and old forests can they be highly respected.

Sinkhole 7.2 In August 1994, Chinese and British explorers entered the Wulong sinkhole to investigate the ground fissures. Although most of the expeditions were frustrated, Chinese and foreign explorers agreed that Wulong's sinkhole was "the best in the world".
Wulong ground fissures, also known as Longshui Gorge ground fissures, have a distance of more than 2,000 meters. We were the first tourists to enter the ground crack scenic spot today, and fortunately, as soon as we entered the scenic spot, the rain magically rested. Maybe it's raining a lot now, and the roar of the waterfall echoes in the canyon.
An inverted triangular boulder was inserted into the narrow stone crevice, and I made a look like I was trying to lift a thousand pounds, but unfortunately, the tour guide was almost lying on the ground, and I couldn't take a picture of my "strongman". 
In the afternoon, go to Changshou Lake, which is Chongqing's Central Park. More than 60 years ago, for the construction of hydropower stations, the largest artificial lake in southwest our country, nearly 66 square kilometers, was formed. This is also the place where the novel "Red Rock" was created.
In 2005, during an aerial photography, it was found that some islands of Changshou Lake formed a huge "shou" character, which was magical.
There is a legend that attracted me: an ancient official took a break in a street hotel during heavy rain during a private visit. I saw lights in the house opposite, and an old man in his 90s came to celebrate his grandfather's birthday. Then, a man in his 40s and a child also came to celebrate his grandfather's birthday. The official was surprised and came to visit. The host found that the visitor was extraordinary, so he took out the four treasures of the study and asked the guests to write an inscription. The official wrote: "Flowery eyes and puppet texts." The host did not understand. Officials use these four words as the first word of each line of poem: two and a half rounds of flower armor, looking at seven generations of grandchildren; Encountering wind and rain, the literary star pays respects to the birthday star. Signature: The protégé of the Son of Heaven, the protégé of the Son of Heaven. It turned out that this official was the emperor's teacher at that time, the prime minister of the imperial court. Later, the emperor issued an edict to call this place Changshou County.
When we come here, we are stained with the fairy aura of longevity. 
The facilities of the longevity lake villa I stayed in are old, but the environment is excellent. Maybe there were no tour groups to stay, and at breakfast, the waiter actually refused the tour guide to eat breakfast, which made a storm.

7.3 Today, we visited the Bai Mansion and the Zha Cave, and we were deeply moved by the unswerving firm belief and fearless heroism of our revolutionary ancestors. Many martyrs died when they heard the rumbling artillery of our People's Liberation Army, which can be sung and wept!
Ciqikou Ancient Town, with a history of more than 1,000 years, used to be: thousands of people bowed their hands during the day, and thousands of lights after night. It is now a Bayu ethnic cultural tourist attraction. We didn't walk long, and we bought a lot of twists and other snacks, and some of them were sent home by express delivery. The
designers of Li Ziyi Metro Station definitely did not expect that the subway would become an Internet celebrity when it was held here, and forced city managers to expand the Jialingjiang water-friendly platform to satisfy the vast number of star chasers who came here to take photos. We also took this 6-story subway to experience the subway's passage through high-rise buildings.
In the evening, I originally wanted to go to the spicy Sancheng hot pot restaurant in Shayikai, but helplessly, we went to line up before 5 p.m., and we couldn't brush the pot until 8 p.m. Later, I went to Senior Brother Zhou and spent 68 yuan to enter the private room. Senior Brother Zhou's hot pot restaurant has 3 halls, 2 rows of private rooms, more than 90 tables, all full, and there are many people waiting outside. It is said that Senior Brother Zhou has 18 branches in Chongqing, receiving about 100,000 diners a month. Chongqing people like to eat hot pot, which is not inferior to Chengdu people.
The front desk of the Heyi Hotel is on the 3rd floor, and the road is outside the door. The first floor of this building is the front desk of other hotels, and there is also a road outside the door. The hotel facilities are new and in good condition.
7.4 In the past, Chongqing had two ropeways across the river, one was the Jialing River ropeway built in 1982 and the other was the Yangtze River ropeway completed in 1987. At that time, the two ropeways were both means of transportation for ordinary people to cross the river, known as "Airbus". Now, Chongqing people have long stopped taking such ropeways, and they have many river bridges. And the "Airbus" is crowded with outsiders like us, who use her as a platform to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Chongqing (see the first photo). However, once crossing the river, it only takes 4 and a half minutes.
Originally, I was going to go to the high Loquat Mountain, which is an observation deck to enjoy the scenery of Chongqing. Helplessly, there is no parking space, so I have to give up.
The mountain city trail is like an alley in Shanghai, but this is a ramp and on the riverside. As the companion capital of that year, there were embassies, generals' villas and other buildings, and now, of course, there are many small shops. The total length is only more than 1,700 meters, with the taste of old Chongqing, although it is still under renovation, it is still worth walking. There is such a commentary: Let us remember the history of the city and continue the urban context in the time when the "old objects" are precipitated.
The Lavande Hotel at night, just near Chongqing Railway Station, is almost newly renovated. The room is not big and the facilities are user-friendly.
7.5 Arrive in Lichuan, Hubei Province by bullet train in Chongqing in the morning, and visit Tenglong Cave in the afternoon.
The Qingjiang River forms a large waterfall with a drop of about 30 meters at the entrance of Tenglong Cave, and the rushing river water is intertwined with the roar of the waterfall, reminiscent of the mouth of the Yellow River.
The cave entrance is more than 70 meters high, the hall is more than 200 meters high, there are 5 peaks, 10 halls, magnificent caves, and all kinds of strange scenery, which shocked us who have seen too many landscape caves. That reflection in the water (see photo 5), I was almost stunned when I took the photo, "worth it, worth it", so beautiful.
The tour guide said that it only took 8 days for the People's Liberation Army to liberate Enshi, while it took 5 days to build Tenglong Cave, which shows the complexity of the terrain of Tenglong Cave.
Tenglong Cave is nearly 60 kilometers long, and now we only visit a little more than 5 kilometers. Tenglong Cave, which is recognized as one of the world's special caves, was rated as a 5A-level scenic spot at the end of last year.

7.7 The Sobuya Stone Forest, a typical karst landform, is 460 million years old. Unlike other stone forests, 80% of its stone forests have vegetation, which is the first stone forest in the country and is known as the "crowned stone forest".
We visited Lianhua Village. The introduction said: Here the stone lotus is the flower, the green tree is the spring, like a white lotus born in the blue spring, and the lotus swaying is fragrant for thousands of miles. Due to the rain, the color of the stone has darkened, but the demeanor is still the same. As we walked to the place where the frogs roared (see photo 4), a thunderstorm ensued. Everyone took shelter from the rain at a canteen here, and half an hour later, the place where we stood became a pool, and the rain washing down the mountain road was already overwhelming. Our team leader shouted: Rush out! So everyone braved the pouring rain, stepped on the rising and higher water, and left quickly while taking pictures.
At this point, there is not much work left on everyone, and it is impossible to continue playing. There is only one way: to eat, to the hotel.

7.8 In the morning, I went to Enshi Tusi City, which was rebuilt in 1998 and is a landmark building of our country's toast culture. Toast is the local earth emperor, and the building of Jiujintang is a small Forbidden City. The tradition of Chinese civilization is rooted everywhere in the city. The gatehouse is 4 stories high, which means all year round; 12 pillars, symbolizing the 12 months of the year; 24 beams, that is 24 solar terms. There is a guardian deity outside the gate. The plaque "Benevolent People Love Things" is on top of the double dragon playing beads. A couplet is: Learning to integrate ancient and modern talents, thinking into the wind and rain. Under the parents' residence is the granary, which means "food and clothing parents"; Below the little wife's residence is a vault, which is said to be "the golden house hides the beauty". In addition to focusing on children's education, Toast also has a study room. The couplet at the door of the study is (see the 9th photo): Familiarize yourself with the true scriptures and make up your mind, and be diligent in self-cultivation.
Today is the 16th day of our group trip with friends and family, and we are already on the train to Shanghai. In the past 16 days, there are some things worth recording -
one is the big hurdle of this trip: Huanglong Scenic Area. On the plateau of 3,500 meters for 3 consecutive days, some people, including me, have been eating "rhodiola" for 3 weeks, and the altitude sickness is not great. There are also some people who are not prepared, and with altitude sickness, they also have pressure in their hearts. The tour guide described very objectively: in Huanglong, every year someone leaves their ID card here! In such an atmosphere, you also have to sign a waiver clause with the travel company. Fortunately, the people in our family and friends group are all tourism veterans, with strong psychological adjustment ability, and they have successfully broken through the level with reason and perseverance, and they have feasted their eyes in Huanglong.
Another one is a bit funny: from Chengdu East to Dazu Rock Carvings, there is only one stop. Since there was a ticket in another carriage, we asked a friend who was relatively young and had a more active mind to take a seat.When everyone got out of the car and didn't see the friend, the tour guide rushed to the carriage and shouted his name. The car started, but there was still no shadow of him. At this time, Xiong Yi, a gold medal tour guide and college student, showed her professionalism: asked the friend to go to the train conductor immediately, explain the situation, and ask for help. And, constantly track his progress. As a result, the friend not only got the train conductor's approval note, but also followed the conductor to the train that returned for free. In less than 4 hours, the friend returned to the team safely without danger.
During the trip, it will not be smooth sailing. What is needed is calmness and flexibility, and you need to rely on a good tour company and experienced tour guides.
