The Bixian Temple, also known as the Bixian Rock Stele, is a shield-shaped monument approximately 2.5 meters tall, nestled against the mountainside. The three characters "Bixian Temple" were written by Li Bin, the prefect and governor of Fengxiang during the Tang Dynasty, in Wei Kai script, creating a rich, dignified, and elegant style. The stele was designated a Yixing municipal cultural relic protection site in December 1994. Legend has it that Bixian Temple was the study of Zhu Yingtai during the Western Jin Dynasty.
