Between the south bank and the road lies a large plaza, featuring a water curtain fountain.

Looking across, the park's north bank features two waterfront platforms, bordered by a vast lawn. A large bamboo forest stands east of the intersection. Heading east, the park's east entrance, nestled alongside Weiyang Road, stretches nearly 100 meters from north to south and boasts a spacious landscape. Separated by three large flower beds, these are planted with cedar, osmanthus, and other species, and covered in lawn.

Several tall camphor trees are neatly planted along the path between the south and center flower beds. Walking along this path makes one feel small, as if entering the entrance of a scenic spot renowned for its natural beauty. The center flower bed is the most imposing, with four vigorous, lush five-needle pines, surrounded by rocks and potted flowers, creating a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. Looking west, there are also many large trees planted.
