Shi Liang's former residence is located on the northern section of Heping South Road, facing east. It faces Heping South Road to the east, is surrounded by residential buildings to the north and west, and is open space to the south. Shi Liang, a woman, was one of the "Seven Gentlemen" of the Anti-Japanese National Salvation Association. After liberation, she served as Minister of Justice, Vice Chairman of the All-China Women's Federation, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. The residence is now a municipal cultural relic protection site.

The original easternmost entrance was demolished due to the widening of Heping South Road. The remaining three halls are built with gable roofs, 9.2 meters wide and eight purlins deep. This late Qing Dynasty brick and wood structure is separated by screen doors. The main hall below the corridor features six floor-to-ceiling windows, paved with bricks, and flanked by floor-to-ceiling rooms. The structure remains intact. The front courtyard is paved with stone, planted with flowers and trees, and enclosed by a wall, creating a tranquil environment. In December 1987, the Municipal People's Government designated it a Changzhou Cultural Relic Protection Site.
