The lower pier is located in Xiexin Village, Taowan Town, Luanchuan County, Luoyang, Henan Province, and the upper pier is at the source of the Yi River.

The lower pier is 30 kilometers away from Luanchuan Station of Luoluan Expressway, 15 kilometers away from Luanchuan County, 14.6 kilometers away from the 5A-level scenic spot Jiguana Cave, 25 kilometers away from Laojun Mountain, another 5A-level scenic spot in Luanchuan County, about 65 kilometers away from the gate of Luanchuan’s most famous Chongdugou Scenic Area, about 42 kilometers away from Longyuwan Scenic Area, and less than 30 kilometers away from other famous tourist attractions in Luanchuan such as Yangzigou, Zhaigou, and Baoduzhai.
