It occupies 1,032 square meters, with a construction area of ​​2,696.62 square meters. The pavilion has three floors, with the first floor featuring a surrounding staircase, the second floor featuring a four-bay porch, and the third floor featuring a double-eaved cross-ridge. The highest point is the top of the pagoda. The pavilion itself stands 39 meters tall, with the base 7.36 meters high, for a total height of 46.36 meters.
