Tengchong Xianleguan Temple is located on the banks of the Dieshui River in Tengchong County, alongside the Taiji Bridge, where a stone turtle resides beneath. To the right of the temple lies a national 2A-level natural waterfall, formed by a volcanic eruption. Construction began in 1882, the eighth year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty. The main hall, the Queen Mother Hall, represents the fusion and exchange of cultures from mainland my country and border regions. Other deities enshrined and worshipped here include Lü Zu, Wenchang, and Qiu Zu.
Xianleguan is located in the heart of Tengchong County's scenic area. To the right of the pavilion stands a National Class 2A natural waterfall, formed by a volcanic eruption. There's also a Taiji Bridge, beneath which stands a natural stone turtle. During the Republic of China era, a landowner surnamed Wang, seeking to use water power for rice milling, broke open the stone turtle. Inside, he discovered a natural black-and-white Taiji Bagua diagram. He later rebuilt the bridge and restored the stone turtle. The main hall, the Queen Mother Hall, represents the fusion and exchange of culture between mainland my country and border regions. Deities such as Lü Zu, Wenchang, and Qiu Zu are also worshipped and worshipped here by local residents.
The tropical monsoon climate combines the advantages of continental and maritime climates. Winter and spring are sunny and warm, while summer and autumn have a mix of sunny and rainy weather and are cool and pleasant. All four seasons are suitable for travel.
