The former residence of Cun Zunfu is located in Heshun Ancient Town, Tengchong City, Baoshan City. Founded in 1885 in Mandalay (Wacheng), the jade magnate Cun Zunfu, Fu Shenglong, focused on jade, integrating mining, processing, and sales, while also engaging in other businesses. Located in Heshun Town, Tengchong County, Yunnan Province, this former residence of Cun Zunfu was also the home of the renowned Fu Shenglong business. The house, a typical Heshun courtyard house, is constructed from premium catalpa wood. Over a century old, its structure remains remarkably intact, and the second-floor windows are iron bars brought from England.
The tropical monsoon climate combines the advantages of continental and maritime climates. Winter and spring are sunny and warm, while summer and autumn have a mix of sunny and rainy weather and are cool and pleasant. All four seasons are suitable for travel.
