Introducing Wolong Valley

The Wolongyu Ecological Scenic Area is located in Wande Town, Changqing County, Shandong Province, 50 kilometers from Jinan City. Spanning over 6,000 mu, it is a municipal-level forest park, bordered by Mount Tai to the south, Lingyan Temple to the north, and 500 meters west of National Highway 104. It lies on Shandong Province's "Mountain and Water Sage" golden tourism route. Nestled at the foot of the Qi Great Wall, the Wolongyu Scenic Area boasts stunning natural scenery, with deep, crisscrossing valleys and dotted with unusual pines and rocks. Surrounded by steep peaks and cliffs, the area is lushly vegetationed, evergreen year-round, and boasts pools, waterfalls, and streams. Deep within the forests, precious Chinese medicinal herbs such as ginseng, Polygonum multiflorum, Scutellaria baicalensis, and Ganoderma lucidum grow.

Wolongyu Scenic Area is divided into five major scenic areas, namely the guiding scenic area, the pilot scenic area, the leading scenic area, the main scenic area and the Great Wall Ridge scenic area, and thirteen sub-areas, namely the Ancient Stone Forest, Julong, Qian, Longfeng Valley, Qilin Valley and Forest Bathing Beach.
