Zhen'an County Xiuping Park is located in Riji Mountain, between the old and new urban areas of Zhen'an County. It is named after Riji Mountain, also known as Xiuping Mountain. A comprehensive mountain ecological park integrating leisure, fitness, entertainment, science popularization, and sightseeing.
Xiuping Park, covering over 800 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), is spread across two slopes, one on Liang and the other on Cao. Pavilions, terraces, streets, temples, corridors, forests, paths, and gardens all blend seamlessly into the park. Lanterns, sound systems, stone tables and benches, and carved stones each offer their own unique charm. Stone archways and reliefs each have their own unique charm. A 3-kilometer highway connects the old and new urban areas. A 1,200-meter stone pedestrian path along Liangji and four main pedestrian access roads provide convenient access to the park.
The warm temperate semi-humid monsoon climate presents four distinct seasons, with rain and heat occurring in the same season, dry winters and wet summers, and distinct dry and wet periods. It is suitable for travel in all seasons.
Xiuping Park houses Kuixing Tower, Meteorological Pavilion, Confucian Temple, the Statue of Confucius, Nie Weng Pavilion, Anlan Pavilion, Yu Gong Pavilion, an observation deck, a flower gallery, a lighting tower, Xiushan Garden, Xiuping Square, Yongle Ancient Street, and Xiuping Villa, highlighting Zhen'an's rich historical and modern culture. The Liangji Boulevard, densely planted pine and cypress forests, the rare tree garden, the ginkgo and crape myrtle garden, the red leaf spring garden, the osmanthus garden, Liuhe Garden, Baizhu Garden, and Yixin Garden constitute the park's green and beautiful natural landscape.
