Visit the picturesque Yaxiaku to enjoy its tranquil natural beauty, take scenic walks along the trails, and explore the surrounding landscape. You can also enjoy photography, picnicking by the water, and immersing yourself in the peaceful environment.

Yaxiaku is located in Yongjia County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in a valley 2.5 kilometers northwest of Xiaoruokou. There is a stream 1 kilometer long and more than 30 meters wide, with steep cliffs on both sides more than 300 meters high, with only a thin line of blue sky visible. This is Yaxiaku.
Visitors here feel as if they're in a skyscraper alleyway, with dark cliffs looming on either side, and sunlight only glimpsed for a few moments at midday in summer. Entering
the lower reservoir, one is confronted by a thousand-foot-high cliff, seemingly unable to advance. Looking up, to the right, the Shy Waterfall, like a white silk thread, stretches across the cliff face, about 70 to 80 meters high, with only a tiny section visible. Stone steps, about 20 meters high, have been carved into the steep cliff face, allowing the brave to climb up to a gap on the left side of the cliff. From the gap, a mighty waterfall crashes down from the front, a chilling breeze shrouded in rain and a chilling chill.
Below lies a pool, about 100 square meters wide, its floor paved with pebbles and surrounded by sheer cliffs. Standing there feels like falling into a deep well. During the rainy season, the waterfall covers the entire surface of the pool, making it a forbidding sight and impossible to approach.
