Shenyang Strange Hill is located at the western foot of Maoshan Mountain in Xinchengzi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It faces the wilderness and is backed by mountains. It is 1.32 kilometers west of National Highway 102 and 30 kilometers south of Shenyang. The Beijing-Harbin Expressway runs through the scenic area, and transportation is convenient.

It is a slope that is more than 80 meters long and about 25 meters wide, with a high west and low east trend.

It was discovered in April 1990. Various axles came here, and when going downhill, they would not move without lifting (pedaling), and when going uphill, they would slide up the slope automatically without lifting (pedaling). The endless stream of tourists all called it "strange".

Now a 9-square-kilometer scenic area with Strange Slope as its core has been formed here, with more than 20 natural and cultural landscapes including Xiangshan, Forest Bathing Beach, Yinshan Lake Bathing Beach, Wolong Zen Temple, Tongxin Lock Bridge, Xiamei Spring Pavilion, Tiger Park, Monkey Park, Terracotta Warriors, etc.
