It houses numerous cultural relics, including sites from the Xia and Shang dynasties, underground tunnels from the Northern Dynasties, tombs from the Jin Dynasty, a Yuan Dynasty stage, and residential buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Northern Dynasties underground tunnels, the Khan Temple, and the glazed stele are particularly rare in China. The entire village was built in accordance with traditional Chinese astrological and geomancy principles, with its ground layout corresponding to the twenty-eight constellations in the sky.
