Introducing Dongyang Island
Dongyang Island, located northeast of Haitan Island in Fujian Province, is an outlying island surrounded by the sea. It borders the Taiwan Strait to the east and is separated from Xiaoxiang Island to the west. It faces Liushuiwangye Mountain to the south and borders the waters of Taiwan's Baiquan Islands to the north.
There is a golden beach on the island with fine sand and clear water. Visitors can catch crabs, pick up shells, play in the waves, camp and watch the sunrise, etc. In the air-raid shelter on the island, visitors can also play hide-and-seek.
Because the fifth season of "Where Are We Going, Dad?" was filmed here, tourists from all over the country now come here to visit.
