Canadian chain, Earls Kitchen and Bar coming to Waikiki

Earls will renovate the former Atlantis Seafood & Steak’s former location on the 2nd floor “Center of Waikiki” complex

We have been to this complex and enjoyed California Pizza Kitchen.

Last summer we had a very good lunch at an Earls restaurant in Vancouver, Canada . We also enjoyed the Cactus Club restaurant, which has the same owner.

Looking forward to Earls in Waikiki.

It's exciting to hear that Earls Kitchen and Bar is opening a location in Waikiki! Earls is a well-known Canadian chain with a reputation for offering a diverse menu, from steaks and seafood to great cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere. The location in the "Center of Waikiki" complex will surely add to the dining options available in the area. It's always great when a popular chain expands to a destination you enjoy.

Having visited Earls in Vancouver and enjoyed a meal at Cactus Club, it's understandable why you’re looking forward to this new spot in Waikiki. Both restaurants, owned by the same parent company, offer a similar upscale casual dining experience with a focus on quality ingredients, fresh flavors, and stylish ambiance. The fact that you've enjoyed meals at their other locations suggests this new venture will likely meet your expectations.

Since you enjoyed California Pizza Kitchen in the same complex, you'll likely find that Earls adds a nice variety to the restaurant scene in Waikiki. With its West Coast flair, it's a great choice for those craving an elevated yet relaxed dining experience. Here’s what you might expect:

  • Menu Variety: Earls is known for a wide range of dishes, including salads, pastas, seafood, steaks, and burgers, so there will likely be something for everyone in your group. They also have a well-regarded cocktail and wine list, making it a good spot for both casual meals and special occasions.
  • Atmosphere: Expect a vibrant, modern atmosphere that combines contemporary design with the laid-back Hawaiian vibe. This could make it a great spot for both lunch and dinner, whether you're looking for a quick meal or a relaxed evening out.
  • Specials and Signature Dishes: If you’re familiar with the signature items at Earls in Vancouver, you may find similar offerings in the Waikiki location. Their popular dishes, such as the "Earls Famous Wings" and various steak and seafood options, might also be on the menu.

Overall, it's a great addition to Waikiki's dining scene, and it sounds like you'll be familiar with the kind of dining experience it offers. Given that you enjoyed your previous meals at Earls and Cactus Club, the Waikiki location should be a great place to continue your exploration of these restaurants. Enjoy your visit, and practice aloha!
