Naples Restaurants
Can anyone recommend place with easy access to 75? Meeting friends and want an easy on/off of 75. It doesn't have to be fancy but not Cracker Barrel type. TIA
Good question. It depends a bit which I-75 exit you’re using (there are several in the Naples area), but here are some solid restaurant ideas and considerations for meeting friends that balance being not too “chain-y” but still convenient and accessible from I-75.
Recommended Restaurants Near I-75 in Naples
- L’Appetito Italian Ristorante — Located just off Exit 111 (Naples Park), according to the I-75 exit guide. It’s Italian, sit-down, and more than just a basic chain.
- Chili’s — Also very near Exit 111 per the iExit guide. Familiar, casual-American fare, but more “mid” in terms of quality.
- Bicyclette Cookshop — A newer, local spot serving New American fare in Naples (at 819 Vanderbilt Beach Road).
- Brooks Gourmet Burgers & Dogs — Located near Vanderbilt Beach (which is easily reachable from I-75 via nearby exits). Good for a laid-back burger meet-up.
- Salsa Brava — Called out by locals on Reddit as a “true hole-in-the-wall” Mexican spot; reasonably priced and local.
- Lake Park Diner — Local favorite, not overly fancy, and mentioned frequently in Naples community threads for a solid, relaxed meal.
Tips for Choosing & Meeting on I-75
- Make sure you and your friends agree on which I-75 exit you're using; that will help pick the most convenient restaurant. (As one local pointed out, exits 101–111 have very different nearby restaurant options.)
- Use a map app (like Google Maps) to plot restaurants around the exit — sometimes slightly off-exit is worth it for a more local or higher-quality place. One TripAdvisor user suggested doing exactly that.
- If you're okay driving just a little further off the exit, you’ll unlock more local and interesting spots (like Bicyclette or Brooks) rather than just highway chains.
Bottom Line: For a meeting spot that’s easy to access from I-75 but not too generic, I’d lean toward L’Appetito (for Italian), Brooks Gourmet Burgers (for a casual burger), or Salsa Brava (for local Mexican flavor). If you want something a little more refined but still laid-back, Bicyclette Cookshop is a great pick. Just confirm which exit everyone is using, and you’ll be good to go.
