3 days in orlando

Family of 7 here. Kids aged 14/11/9/5/2 - and not particularly adventurous tbh. We have 3 park days in Orlando. Plan is defiently 1 day AK and 1 day MK. Debating the third day. MK again (would mean our time there is less rushed) Epcot or sea world. Thank you

For your three park days in Orlando, with kids ranging from 2 to 14 years old and not particularly adventurous, it's important to balance fun, ease, and variety. Given your plan to visit Animal Kingdom (AK) and Magic Kingdom (MK), you're already covering two iconic parks that offer a lot for different age groups. For the third day, here are a few options, each with its own unique vibe.

Option 1: Revisit Magic Kingdom (MK)

If you felt like your time in Magic Kingdom might be rushed, returning for a second day could be a great choice. MK offers a wealth of attractions for all ages, and a second visit would allow you to explore at a more relaxed pace. You can revisit favorite rides or explore areas you missed the first time around, like Tomorrowland or Fantasyland.

Option 2: Epcot

Epcot is a great choice if you're looking for something educational and culturally enriching. While it’s not as thrill-heavy as other parks, Epcot offers fun for all ages with its World Showcase and futuristic attractions. Kids can enjoy interactive exhibits like "Test Track" or "Spaceship Earth," while the World Showcase provides a chance to explore pavilions from around the globe (with food, entertainment, and shopping). Epcot also has a range of family-friendly dining options.

Option 3: SeaWorld

If your family enjoys animals and shows, SeaWorld can be an exciting choice. It’s a bit more niche than the other parks, but it offers some great opportunities to see marine life up close, enjoy animal encounters, and experience some thrilling rides. The animal shows, like those featuring dolphins and sea lions, can be great entertainment, especially for younger kids.

  • Revisit Magic Kingdom for a more relaxed experience.
  • Head to Epcot for a mix of culture, science, and family-friendly attractions.
  • Try SeaWorld for an animal-themed adventure with entertaining shows.

Ultimately, the decision depends on your family's interests. If you're more interested in classic Disney magic, MK is a safe bet. For something more educational or cultural, Epcot offers a slower pace with plenty to explore. If you're looking for animals and live shows, SeaWorld is a fun alternative. Whatever you choose, there’s plenty to do in all these parks to ensure the whole family has a great time!
