Fontainebleau nye family section tickets
Hi
I’m going to be in Miami on NYE and looking at the family tickets for the Fontainebleau party
I have a 21, 19 and 15 year old just wanted to know if anyone had bought these tickets before and if we will still get same experience being in the family section , will we be able to see main stage etc . I have called the hotel but didn’t get much info .Any other suggestions of places to go on NYE would also be welcome
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hosts one of the city’s most popular New Year’s Eve parties, and the “Family Section” tickets are designed for attendees who are bringing younger guests. Typically, this section allows access for families with children under 18, while still enjoying a safe, age-appropriate environment.
Regarding your specific questions:
- Visibility: The family section is usually set a bit apart from the main stage and adult-focused areas. You should still have a view of the main stage and entertainment, but it may be partially obstructed depending on the setup. This section prioritizes safety and comfort over the absolute front-row experience.
- Experience: The vibe in the family section is generally more relaxed, with music and entertainment suitable for teens and young adults. It may not include access to premium bars or certain VIP areas reserved for adult ticket holders.
- Access: Family section ticket holders usually have access to designated seating areas, kid-friendly activities, and certain sections of the venue, but check in advance whether your 19- and 21-year-old will be restricted or allowed in the adult sections if desired.
Other options for NYE in Miami Beach if you want a full stage and entertainment experience:
- Local hotels and resorts like the Eden Roc or 1 Hotel often have family-friendly NYE events with live music and countdown festivities.
- Outdoor events along Ocean Drive or at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami, which are free and open to all ages, with stage performances and fireworks.
- Consider booking a dinner cruise or family-friendly boat party for a unique view of Miami’s fireworks without being in a crowded club environment.
In summary, the family section at the Fontainebleau will give you a safe and suitable experience for your 15-year-old, and your older children will still likely enjoy the music and festivities, though it will be slightly removed from the adult-focused main stage area. Exploring alternative NYE events can provide a more central view or additional activities depending on your family’s interests.
