The view from the Tentozan Observatory was completely obscured by fog, so I could only step on the 44th parallel north.

I didn't go into the Okhotsk Ryuhyo Museum, I just went up to the rooftop Tentozan Observatory.

It was so foggy at the Tentozan Observatory that I couldn't see anything 🙈.

I could only take a photo on the 44th parallel north outside the museum.
