[Ako] A townscape reminiscent of a castle town as seen from Castle Street in front of JR Ako Station

The streetscape of Ako has been selected as one of the 150 best scenic viewpoints in Hyogo. The viewpoint is about 600m south of the road that runs from JR Banshu Ako Station to the ruins of Ako Castle, known as "Castle Street." Walking while looking at the ruins of Ako Castle, Ako Oishi Shrine, the Breathing Well, the Karakuri Clock Gishi Andon, and more, you'll feel like you're strolling through a castle town. It's a charming streetscape.
