Suleymaniye Mosque

This mosque was built in the 16th century, and the Suleymaniye Mosque is considered a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. It has a tall tower, but it is not Byzantine architecture, and it has a dome on only half of its side, similar to the Hagia Sophia, which the Ottomans converted into a mosque when they ruled the city. The beautiful decorations are very well-matched.
