Kocatepe Mosque - Ankara

Kocatepe Mosque (Kocatepe Camii) is one of the most important religious and historical building in Ankara. The whole visit, including walking around and taking pictures should last between 1 to 2 hours.

Mosques are the foundation of the country’s architectural landscape, so you shouldn't miss appreciating the artwork and design of each one of them. This shouldn’t come as a surprise because the majority of the country’s people are Muslim. Women must be dressed appropriately with no revealing clothes and shoulder should be covered.
