Sannai-Maruyama Site in Aomori

Hello everyone!!

Today, I would like to introduce the Sannai-Maruyama Site in Aomori Prefecture!
The Sannai-Maruyama Site is a large-scale settlement site that is said to have existed from the middle of the early Jomon period!

It is also registered as a World Cultural Heritage site and is famous for its pit dwellings, raised-floor warehouses, and pillar-supported buildings!

You can also tour the site and actually enter the pit dwellings!
