This time, I went to the main store, "Atami Onsen Atami Pudding," near Atami Station. 🎶
This popular shop always has a line, and it was packed with people again this time. 😳
It was so busy that there was even a waiting area across the street. 😂👏

Since it was my first time eating it, I bought their classic special pudding. 😚
The pudding itself has a rich, rich egg flavor and is delicious.
The caramel sauce adds a bitterness that makes it even more delicious. 😋

They have a wide variety of pudding flavors, and they also have a wide selection of other sweets, including pudding ice cream, hot spring manju pudding, and drinkable pudding. ✨
There were also lots of hippopotamus-themed souvenirs!

By the way, why is a hippopotamus the mascot?
The high salt content of Atami Onsen's hot springs, combined with the salt-loving hippopotamus, led to its adoption as the motif for Atami pudding. 😌

Atami Pudding Cafe 2nd, where you can eat Atami pudding, is decorated like a bathhouse, which is also adorable. 🛁🐣
With tiled bathtubs and bathtub tables, the cafe is designed with the concept of "bathing together." I'm thinking of checking it out next time. 🚗 ³₃
