Lahangan Sweet: A Must-Visit Scenic Spot in East Bali

Lahangan Sweet might just be one of my favorite spots in East Bali. It offers breathtaking views with numerous vantage points along the cliff, providing plenty of places for visitors to stop, relax, and take in the scenery.

Located atop Mount Agung, an active volcano in East Bali, Lahangan Sweet is definitely worth a visit as it is one of the best viewpoints in Bali. We spent time admiring the stunning rice terraces, lush green palm trees, and the towering mountains.

Lahangan Sweet is one of Bali's newest tourist attractions, featuring spectacular viewpoints that offer the clearest and most expansive views of Mount Agung.

A short trail leads to a breezy ridge where you can enjoy the magnificent sight of Mount Agung and, on clear days, Mount Rinjani on Lombok Island.

To reach the top, you need to take a jeep for about 1 kilometer, which costs 50,000 IDR. If you opt for the Bali Swing, there’s an additional charge of around 120,000 IDR. At the top, you’ll find a Balinese gate, a treehouse, and plenty of spots to take photos and enjoy the surrounding views.
