Coffee Cartel in Seminyak was a perfect mix of style and substance. I tried their beetroot latte with custom latte art—so fun!—and a hearty brunch bowl that was fresh and flavorful. The café has a laid-back tropical vibe with pastel tones, lots of greenery, and a warm, welcoming team. It’s a great place to chill, take photos, or get a little work done while enjoying good food and coffee.
