Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park

Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park was a truly impressive stop on our trip to Bali, and I highly recommend it! The giant Garuda Wisnu statue is incredibly huge, standing an unbelievable 121 meters tall. Seeing it in person is truly spectacular, giving off a sacred and solemn feeling. The park also features many traditional Indonesian cultural performances, such as dances and musical instruments, which feel very exotic and interesting. There are also some small handicraft stalls that give the place a very local vibe. If time permits, I suggest staying until evening; the atmosphere is stunning with the lights on, making for dreamy photo opportunities.
