The first time I stepped into Candi Beach Cottages in Candidasa, Indonesia, I was immediately in a good vacation mood. It's located on a beautiful and quiet beach, simply a perfect choice to escape the hustle and bustle. From here, you can easily reach nearby attractions and activities, such as Bali Candidasa Tour, Zen Dive Bali, etc., and there are also many local restaurants to satisfy your taste buds, such as Warung Boni and Vincent's Restaurant.

Candi Beach Cottages' location is truly superb, right on a white sand beach. The hotel's design style combines modern and traditional elements, with tropical plant-covered landscapes and highly designed cottages everywhere. The reception in the lobby was very friendly, and the welcome drink made us feel right at home 🍹. Although the check-in process wasn't fast, the overall service experience was very pleasant.

The room is the first window to open your vacation! The room we stayed in was spacious and meticulously detailed. Especially the villas with private pools, they are the perfect choice for couples and families. Opening the balcony door leads directly to the pool, truly unlimited enjoyment 🏊‍♂️. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the spacious shower area allowed you to wash away travel fatigue. Whether it's the high-end facilities or the quality of the bedding, everything was perfectly matched.

If you get tired of staying in the room, I recommend visiting nearby attractions or jogging along the coastline to experience truly leisurely time. Additionally, you can try local cuisine at places like Ganesh Lodge and Joglo Restaurant & Bar 🥘.

Of course, not everything was perfect; the only minor drawback was that the breakfast, though delicious, was a bit monotonous, and the coffee didn't seem to suit my taste ☕. Some facilities also need regular maintenance, such as the wooden balcony and showerhead. Due to its somewhat remote location, for those with a limited travel budget, it's advisable to plan for sufficient transportation.

Overall, Candi Beach Cottages is a highly recommended place where you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation. If I visit Candidasa again, this will definitely be my choice of stay.
