AYANA Resort, BALI: A luxurious getaway in Bali's clifftop paradise

As I just visited, Ayana Resort Bali is located on the shores of Jimbaran Bay in southern Bali. This five-star luxury resort, formerly the Ritz-Carlton, spans 77 hectares and opened in 2009. It is now managed by the Ayana Group and was originally owned by the Ritz-Carlton.

It blends traditional Balinese architecture with modern luxury, boasting 14 infinity pools, clifftop views, and a private beach. With a 2025 emphasis on sustainable development, including eco-spas and the use of locally sourced ingredients, it allowed me to experience Bali's tranquility and sophistication.

🗾Must-See Attractions
The resort offers a wealth of attractions. My favorite is the Rock Bar, a clifftop bar overlooking the Indian Ocean sunset, where the bartenders expertly craft tropical cocktails. The Thermes Marins Thalasso Spa offers healing Thalasso treatments using seawater minerals.

The Rocks Restaurant offers fresh, tempting seafood barbecue, which you can enjoy while watching the waves. The infinity pool and private villa pool offer complete privacy. Yoga classes and watersports are also available, making it a perfect spot for both professional relaxation and family exploration.

🏷️Price per person
Accommodation starts from approximately IDR 5,000,000 (approximately HKD 2,500) per night in 2025, depending on room type, including breakfast.
Spa treatments, such as a 90-minute seawater massage, are approximately IDR 2,000,000.
Restaurant prices range from IDR 500,000 to 1,000,000 per person.

🛳️Transportation
The resort provides a private car transfer from Ngurah Rai International Airport, approximately a 20-minute drive (IDR 580,800 per vehicle).
Grab or Bluebird taxis are approximately IDR 200,000.
Motorbike rentals are available for a full day for IDR 100,000 to explore the surrounding area.
Public bus routes are limited.
✴️Personal Review
Ayana Resort Bali's professional service and clifftop views completely relaxed me. The sunset at the Rock Bar and the healing sea spa treatments were a truly heavenly experience. This place is not only luxurious but also deeply immersive. I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate quality. Sharing your pool photos online is sure to get likes and recommendations, and will definitely boost both online and offline traffic!
