Alchemy Uluwatu is one of the trendiest and cleanest vegan cafes in Uluwatu. As soon as you arrive, you'll notice the open space decorated with bamboo and plants, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere 🌿. It's the perfect spot to visit after yoga or meditation.

The salad bar is particularly famous, allowing you to choose your own ingredients and customize your meal to your taste! 🥗 The vegetables are fresh, and there’s a wide variety of sauces to choose from. I opted for a noodle base with chickpeas, avocado, sunflower seeds, green leaves, and basil pesto dressing, and I was thoroughly satisfied.

Smoothie bowls are also very popular here. I tried the 'cacao bowl,' which had a rich texture and truly tasted healthy! 🍫
Coffee is made exclusively with plant-based milk, and there are unsweetened options available, making it a great choice for a clean meal.

However, the prices are slightly high by Bali standards 💸. A salad, bowl, and coffee together cost around 150–200K IDR.

Overall, the place is clean, the staff are friendly, and communication in English is smooth, so visiting alone is no problem at all!
